Online Services for Schools/Instructors

The Georgia Real Estate Commission & the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board are continuing to expand the array of online services for schools/instructors to improve the efficiency of doing business with the Commission and the Board. The following services are currently available online for schools/instructors:

• Updating School/Instructor Information such as address and contacts
• Renewing/Reactivating School Authorization
• Entering Course Completions for all Appraisal, Prelicense, Postlicense and Continuing Education Courses
• Adding users to your account

If you have not set your school up on the Online Program, we recommend starting with the Program Instructions. These instructions will explain how the initial setup as well as how to enter course completions (except Real Estate Prelicense Courses).
