The Georgia Real Estate Commission is responsible for administering the Real Estate License Law. As part of that responsibility the Commission is responsible for issuing licenses to any business entity, including but not limited to a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or sole proprietorship that intend to conduct business as a Real Estate Firm.
