Real Estate Licensee Qualifying Examination
Applicants for all types of real estate licenses must take and successfully pass a qualifying examination prior to license approval. The exam is administered by Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP) and has been developed to protect the public interest by assuring that potential licensees understand basic legal requirements and business practices in the real estate brokerage industry.
Details regarding the test content as well as sample questions and all other details relative to applying for and taking the examination can be found within the Candidate Handbook available through the AMP website.
The method for testing broker candidates consists of an exam composed of ten simulation problems.
“A Study Guide for the Georgia Broker Simulation Examinations” was written to assist individuals studying to take the Georgia broker examination.
Our test provider, AMP, also provides access to Simulation Training Exercises to assist you in preparing for the exam.
