Online Services for Real Estate Firms
The Online Services System provided by the Commission allows firms to conduct many transactions online.
In order to access the online system, you will need to create a password when first using the system. For directions on creating a password click here.
Services available through the Online Services System:
- Renew the Firm’s License
- Print the Firm’s License – no waiting for one to be mailed!
- Print the Individual License for any of the Firm’s Current Affiliated Licensees
- View current license status of firm
- View current status report of firm
- Change the firm's address
- Add agent(s) to the firm and Release Agent(s) from the firm
- Register or Close trust accounts
