Online Services for Appraisers
The Online Services System provided by the Board allows you to conduct many transactions online.
In order to access the online system, you will need to create a password when first using the system. For directions on creating a password click here.
Services available through the Online Services System:
- Renew your Classification
- Print your Classification License anytime – no waiting for one to be mailed!
- View Classification Status
- View Continuing EducationCredits and Courses for the current renewal period
- View Continuing Education Courses taken in the past
- Change Your Address
If you are using the system to renew your classification, you must receive a confirmation number at the end of the renewal process before the renewal is complete.
Print that confirmation page.
If you do not receive a confirmation number at the end of renewing your classification, call an Information Specialist at 404-656-3916 to verify that your classification was renewed.
