Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) Resources

The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) is an organization of real estate regulatory agencies in the United States and its territories and Canada. A primary purpose of ARELLO is the sharing of ideas and information among its members to further the fair and efficient administration of license laws in its member jurisdictions and the protection of the public.

Currently ARELLO has available a variety of publications and policy statements containing valuable information and guidelines promoting legal and ethical real estate practices. Georgia has not adopted all these policies and recommended practices as law. However, the Commission has reviewed them and found them to be generally consistent with Georgia Law. A number of these resources are available on the Internet at the ARELLO website.
